Stud pattern on Rodeo Rims, Compatible with GQ?

Hey guys,

I have a guy thats willing to sell me his , 31x10.50 r15 tyres, on sunraysier rims.

The reason I'm thinking of buying them is because I am very short of money atm (and hes trying to get rid of them), and they apparently have fairly decent tread left on them. He has them sitting at home in a stack, as he got mag wheels put on his truck so he no longer has a use for them.

THE ONLY question is, before I treck over to the southside, is....

does anyone know if the stud pattern on my GQ patrol will be the same as a 1990-1998 holden rodeo.

Im not 100% sure what year his rodeo is. But someone in the know on this forum would probably be able to say yay or ney straight off.

mate ur best bet would be to ask your local wheel shop. they will be able to give you an answer straight away. how ever arent rodeos 5 stud?

I have no idea, I have a feeeeeling, they might be 5, its just late at night, the guy called me late afternoon about picking them up, and I was hopeing, that someone might know off hand... i hope they are 6, cause i need rubber on my rims!

Hahah my rear left trye is smoother then a race cars tyres!

but yes, if anyone knows off the top of their head or owns a rodeo and or a patrol or something like that, can they please let me know!

Got some 31/10.5/15 bfg on 15x7 rims to suit a patrol sittin' in the garage i want to get rid of .......... if that sale doesn't work out.

I PUT MY OLD 31S ON THE OLD MANS RODEO BUT HIS IS A LATE 90S MODEL
I HAVE A 89 PATROL

I swapped rims between a GQ and an Isuzu MU, which is basically a rodeo. However, the centre holes were different, they were able to be smaller (I think) on the MU.

So you need to do a test fit but there is at least a decent chance.

I swap the wheels between my 91 patrol and 90 rodeo all the time. Offset shouldnt be a problem with sunraisiers . Stock rims would be a different story.

depends on the offset on the sunnys though. they arent all the same

if you are putting rims that fit on your patrol on your rodeo you will find that you are increasing the track of he vehicle enough for it to be illegal.
and also negatively effecting your steering geomatry

not that most people would care

its mainly the hole in the centre where the hub sits.
Rodeo has a small id on the rim but every thing else is alright.

i put a set of stock Rodeo rims on my 90 GQ to put it on the trailer to ge to comps etc and just used a burr to mill out the rim to fit the hub

We put my Patrol rims on my mates 2006 Rodeo. Fitted fine
