turbo vit?

hey my v6 vitara is a strong little 4wd but i was wondering if anyone had straped a small turbo on one for a bit more power? my question is can it be done simply or do i hav to upgrade my injectors and all the other jazz?
if anyone has any useful info would be nice.

The cost and complexity of the manifolding alone would kill the project IMHO.

My guess is $3K if you can do all the labour yourself, $6K if you have to pay for the whole lot.

A small supercharger might be more viable, maybe a small eaton. There will still be a minimum of $1500 or so in tuning it though.
