ok OEM is Origional Manufactures Equipment, (i know i cant spell), it means anything that is made as standard or as a factory option. so if nissan have shocks that are made by ARB but come standard on the nissan, then its OEM. but if the same shocks are put on a landcruiser but toyota dont have them listed as standard or option, then they are aftermarket.
OEM is anything that factory recomends basicaly
