well ive searched and found a few threads on replacing the minuki carb with either a webber, or a carb off a cortina or xf falcon.
im pretty keen to do this but i have a few questions
-will i have to change the jet sizes, how much $(roughly)
-will i get roughly the same fuel ecomoy (i can live with my current rate )
-which one do you guys reckon will need the least if any mods to still be good off road
-what will happen with the millions of vacum lines ive got
thanks

I did a head on one with a falcon/cortina webber on it and it went quite well. We put a mild cam in it as well and it had a set of extractors. I'm not sure about jetting, but i would put it on and if it's too rich get a smaller jet. You will need a conversion plate as well.NCpaj wrote:well ive searched and found a few threads on replacing the minuki carb with either a webber, or a carb off a cortina or xf falcon.

Most of the vacuum lines will go and all you will really need to run is the basics for the webber carb. Hope this helps.
