the short spring goes into a groove into the gearring thingy. the other sits over the end of it an u compress it so it locks into the lock unlock thingo, sorry, hard to explain thingo doova whatsits

grab the FSM off suzukiinfo.com and check the images in there, i beleive it is in there, if u cant get it i may be able to find my copy and email a copy to u or billie 2morrow .

i assemble the locking hub in lock position then slide it in once in place unlock to free position to release pressure then put your bolts in hope that helps come with practise
