when i pulled the vanes out one side has a rounded edge and the other which way they meant to go ??? maybe thats the problem there

to be honest i havent been back on here in the week, wasnt untill somone said somthing to me today and i clicked that i may have put the vane in wrong and probly why im having trouble
so id didnt think to check the old post becayuse usually one or 2 people answer and thats it

yeah turn green and chuk ya guts up 
i just pulled the pump out again turned the vanes right way round
wheel off the ground turnds nice near on no noise few bubbles in res
put wheels on ground and turns to be a bitch makes a load of noise and still heavy to turn
i try again over the weekend to check for air see how i go
