Does anyone have a copy of the rules/regs handy as i cant seem to access the site from work.

Just trying to find out what needs to be done to a PTO winch if anything to meet CCDA rules.

i do know that winches need an automatic brake of some sort... id suspect the same would be said of pto winches...
