Ok, I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this but since I don't want to bend some valves...when changing the timing belt...if you line up the drilled hole on the crankshaft gear with the mark on the oil pump and the F and hole below the F on camshaft pulley with the arrow on the cover, shouldn't the crankshaft pulley mark be aligned with the timing belt cover mark? The mark seems to be off a bit on the timing belt cover.
Sounds about right but I am sort of having trouble visualising the front cover etc... and don't want to take the risk.
But why not just download the manual from warfs.org ( its a free PDF ) and that way you will be certain. I know that the principle is the same for a HC and HD.
I think its the safest way.

It seemed like a much better idea when I started it than it does now.

you could get a white marker and before taking the belt off use the white marker and put a mark on the cam gear and the area behind it and the same for the crack
then take a photo
and then use thes to check it once you put the new belt on
and most cars wont go boom if your a tooth or 2 out .... but you will notice it goes crap, power in a diffrent band

As mightymouse said have a look at the manual on the WARFS website it shows you how to line it all up and how to tension the belt correctly which is important Also check the idler and tensioner.(mine had worn the edges off and the belt cut though the front cover).
