so what, youd seriously consider not buyin one now casue one person had one fail, and you dont even know why it failed yet, eletrical fault maybe,j-top paj wrote:no, but i was about to buy one from work. looks like i wont be getting it now
maybe you should sell your GU, i hear a guy had a starter motor fail, you wouldnt want that would you..............

no, but there are other ones at a cheaper price that i havnt heard any problems with. i dont think it would be worth the extra money

I bought a 'Calibre' brand isolator from Supercheap Auto, and on Friday it caused a nice little fire in my engine bay.
I felt like a jeep
I got a refund and bought one from a 4x4 shop this time.
I'll post up some pics

Yes but redarc's service is second to none..I had one and it failed after about 2 years, called Redarc for some advice when i was trouble shooting it and they express posted a new one to me. No questions asked, did not even bother to ask for a receipt.j-top paj wrote:no, but there are other ones at a cheaper price that i havnt heard any problems with. i dont think it would be worth the extra money
