Post by caxtrol »

Hi, I have 2 questions ???

1) I have a Mitsubishi Montero 98, Gen2.5 V6 3500, with front and rear diff ratio 4.27, may I can change it for a 4.56 or 4.90 ???.

The other questions is, somebody has news about the rear ARB for the Mitsubishi Gen 2.5 V6 3500 ???

Thanks....

HI, I have never heard of 4.27 or 4.56 ratio diffs for Mitsubishi.

As I understood only 4.636 & 4.9.......

My Mitsu has a 4.272, probably the 4.56 it is my mistake, and it will be 4.636.....

But can I change my 4.272 ???, and put 4.56 or 4.90 ???

Thanks

i am in the middle of changing out my 4.27's in my '99 and installing 4.90's
i can post up the part numbers for you some time but there is 5.29's but you'll need a European contact to get those.

Wow, so tell me more? You saying you can get 4.27, 4.636, 4.9 in the big diff??

Whats the euro 5.29? That must be the smaller diff is it?
