4.5L single turbo, multi valve, doa search there is a thread discussing what its called
hands and mums dont count!!!

Yep.
I've got a GT2256V (from a 2.7L mercedes) which is one of the biggest commonly available variable vane turbos (before getting into really huge ones). I'm hoping this new toyota one fills the gap.
