LWB shackes when in reverse
the car for some reason shackes when its in reverse only for a bit when on low reves not like stalling low like about 2500 tp 3000 rpm not sure what it is if anyone know or has had same problem let me know cheers nick

Chances are, because it gets better with RPM, it is something that rotates
Checked your uni joints?
Is the shaft pulling too far out of the slip joint as the diffs wraps up?
Transfercase mounts good? Sometimes they loook ok but you torque them up the are NFG
Spring rubbers?

spring bushes have been changed tho but yeh will get mechanic to look at it then not rreally bothered to spend time on it

Try_me, I think you need to give us more information.
Are you actually driving the car or is it up on blocks?
High range or low range? (2500-3000 rpm in reverse is pretty quick)
Are you backing up hill?
Remember in reverse all the load on the car is "backwards" so they do tend to shake and bounce more than when driving forwards - the key is if its a quick shake like it's in time with a uni or a slower shake like its associated with the springs winding up, which I call a "bounce" - the car speeds up and slows down.
Fool injected has covered everything it's likely to be. I'd start with checking the condition of the transfer rubbers and ALL unis. Watch the rear driveshaft for slip joint wear, 1.0 cars have very small splines on the rear driveshaft and they wear heavily. This wear will cause vibration when at speed in reverse worse than when going forwards as the rear driveshaft angle is worse in reverse due to axle wrap.

check your u bolts as when mine did this the u bolts had worked loose if you have put new springs in recheck them as they will come loose.

I have the same happen, new spring packs seem settle after a week or two so you should check the U bolts are still tight
