time for springs and tyres

Ok due to a couple of near misses out bush yesterday its time for some new springs and tyres for my 94 disco .I thought this would be the best place to ask
which springs do you guys recomend wanna small lift 2 or 3 inch and what sort of tyres
My car is a daily driver doing 120 k a day minimum on country WA roads but when i do go bush which is nearly every weekend its a mixture from graded gravel roads to steeply rutted muddy hill climbs

Since this your daily driver I would do with a 2" Old Man Emu Lift ( Springs and Shocks). I think the Springs will be 751 for the front and 762 for the rear and the shocks will be N115 and N44 in the rear. Heavy Duty front and rear.
On my disco I have a 3" lift and on my Rangie the standard 2" Lift. 2" Lift is more comfy since you drive 120k/day and you will have no driveline issues.

For tyres with the 2" lift you could put 32" and if you do a body lift you can put it 33". I am used to pure off-road tyres ( Simex which I DO NOT recommend for daily driving....noisy and slippery). Look into the BF Goodrich All Terrain or BFG Mud Terrain.
