Is the drain plug on the block of td42 part of a little housing ? Does it sit under ex. manifold at bulkhead position?

TD42 coolant drain is a small plug located just near to oil pressure regulator valve. Plug is tapped directly into engine block at the back on the exhaust manifold side.
