W.E.Rock Australia Finals-Grafton Speedway-17th November

Post by Strange Rover »

This event will be huge!!! Its a day/night event on the Saturday only.

Qualifying rounds will run from 11am through to 5pm with the finals starting from 6pm and running through to about 10pm.

We are really changing up our format of this event to really get a full on entertaining evening show.

On site camping available (will have to be pre arranged)
Event will have on site catering and a fully licenced bar.

More details in the coming weeks.

Hey Sam, have you guys had any luck in putting a bit more shape, lumps and bumps into those panels yet, or are they still all flat?

How many stages are drivers likely to drive in the 'qualifying' and how many vehicles are likely to qualify for the 'finals' ?

At the moment Im thinking we can handle 6 qualifing rounds (we run 3 courses and then reset and then run another 3) and top 6 for each class in the shootout.

I will sort this out later this week. There will be a cost assiciated with this but am yet to work it out (the show society handles the on site camping)...I think its somthing like $20 per site. I think you get power and toilets and hot showers for that though.

But should confirm later this week.

The only reason I said pre arranged is because I honestly didnt know what the deal would be, this way, if everything is pre arranged then I wont end up with 100 campers and no where to camp.
