or put a 350 chev in it.
if you are running 35's or bigger I would sugest 4.6 diff gears, modified rotor butten, extracters always run genuine plug leads all of these little things add to a good running motor wich means less time with the right boot to the floor because the only time you really chew the juice is when the second throat opens up.
rOd wrote:So where can these modified rotor buttons be bought from? How much?
Piranha in Bayswater.
rOd wrote: and my last question, (for now) where do I find a kit of somesort to convert to electronic ignition?
Jaycar do a kit.

put in a diesel
1. Diesels Suck
2. You will never get anything close to reasonable economy with a TB42
3. My fuel economy got heaps better with the V8, more than double the power and less fuel!!
4. Plenty of places can modify the rotor button for you, shouldn't cost more than $20 plus a new rotor button.
5. Get the Ignitor brand electronic ignition, simple and works brilliantly. The best ~$300 you'll ever spend.
If you're in Melbourne I know Aus4WD can modify the rotor and they stock the elec ignition modules.
