i'ive just installed a set of IPF driving lights on the front of my Vitara LWB and have wired them to run off a switch in the cab. Having used them for a while now i have realised that reaching down and switching them off for oncomming traffic is a pain the arse and want to wire them properly into the headlight relay (high beam)
Who has done this ? Has any one got any pics of this set up that you can show me ?

Driving Light Wiring

Theres a good easy to read diagram here however it uses a relay for the headlights, but could be useful to see how the original wiring is used to switch the relays

nice and neat , buy a pre made harness for 40-50 $$ then its prettymuch plug n play , you have to solder the wire to the head light plug, don't use scotch loks they will corrode and break the wire after while . also might want to note that your driving lights legally have to be wired in to dip with your hi beams and only come on with hi beams + have an overide switch so you can permanently (sp ) turn them off.
