i no a commodore 3.8 engine will fit in my lwb ng... but will a commodore gearbox fit to??and if so will it connect to the transfer case??

I know the auto does, ring marks 4wd adapters to find out more.

Marks used to do a kit to fit the T700 4 speed box to the Gen 1 t/c but it also used a c/o transmission output shaft so entailed a (almost) complete trans rebuild.
