33's on a 87 hilux???
hey guys
i just bought my first fourby and went down to the local tire power 2 discuss tyre options.
i mentioned that i wanted 33's and the guy i was talking 2 said that 33's would rub when i get any decent flex unless i was 2 put a suspension lift under it and recommended that i go for 31's
i have a budget of around 200 buks a tyre and any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might be hard pressed anyway buying 33's new for $200 each. A good second hand set would be good for you. you will need to do a little massaging on the firewall and gaurd, but hardly any. I run 33's and had to that, but they still rub slightly on full lock and flex.luxman2456 wrote:hey guys
