Post by 90pickup »

I was wondering, if the Snakeracing crownwheels for a H233b are as strong as the Nissan genuine ones? thanks

Aftermartket stuff has never been regarded as good as Nissan gears. But depending on how many kays you do. The saving might be worth it.
Especially for the front I think there worth it. As really the front does bugger all work 99% of the time.

in 4WD the front does most of the work, in 2WD the front does nothing in a patrol with hubs unlocked, cracked every tooth on 4.88 front gearset n rear was fine only did bout 5000km

we normally do genuine rears, and aftermarket fronts.

We have found when doing 4.88 that they can be very noisy on over run, and can wear the hardening off under 75000km if non genuine.
