On the snake racing web site there are some king pin bearings that are off set ( 1/2, 3/4 and 1 degree ) How do you know if you need them or just standard ones ?
Also how hard are they to rebuild ? What else should i do if i'm going to rebuilt them, Wheel bearing etc ?
Thinking about having ago myself if you dont need any super expensive special tools.
I'm going to buy the workshop manual tomorrow but thought I'd ask.
I havent done them before so any advice would be great.
Cheers Nick

king pin bearings
Nick,
just finished rebuilding mine. I went through and did the whole lot - all the seals and bearings. Just buy the bearings from CBC - same bearings anyway as even guine bearings are NTN bearings. Not hard just a little time consuming, but then again i am lazy(could have been done quicker if i got off my ass)
Nothing technical really - i just followed the gregories manual.
Cheers,
Welchy
