mate wrong section but it does come from the gear cluster/syncro, this part is enclosed in a outer ring with a shift ring inside there are 3 of those to one ring/ gear, it is a retainer, they slide back and forth during shifting the gear..

will last for a while but you will find whatever gear it came from will soon die.
