I have a 2H Diesel landcruiser, would anybody have an idea on how many Km's the cluch will do before needing to be replaced? (with normal road driving mixed between town and hwy)

Cheers
Daniel.

apparently the gearboxes can handle no clutch reasonably well....not tried it myself.
Drive it as far as you can then sleep in it and get up and do it all again!

It all depends on driving stiles .. It could survive with bad driving as far as 80,000 km .. or 200,000 with care ..

clutch

Post by DR Frankenstine »

I just changad the clutch in my 60 and it had 320000 kay on the clock. The clutch was deffinatelly original!!! 60's are very easy on clutches. If you are going to do a clutch put a good one in I reccomend the EXEEDY (which is the old dakin)
Remember some days your the pigeon and other days your the statue
