Can't seem to find one for a DL-51. I have the DL 42/DL 52 one in PDF off the warfs site, and I've seen the ones getting flogged on ebay, also 42/52. Is there much difference in the engines?
Mainly need to know how to put the timing belt and tensioner in properly, and get clearances etc right, and where all the lines go. So a fair bit actually.

Can't help you with a DL-51 but I got all the info on a DL-52 cos I did one 2 weeks ago. If the 51 uses a timing belt instead of a chain they wouldn't be too different.
Did you know the DL-52 tensioner uses long life bearings (4 times the life of a usual roller bearing) and the idler roller uses ultra-long life bearings (10 times the life of a roller bearing)
I'm just full of it - useful information that is.
