suzuki 6 stud axles

Post by built4thrashing »

did suzuki ever put 6 stud axles in any of their vehicles including the import jimny's? Found some sierra diffs on ebay that have them. just curious if they are really zook diffs.

listing has been removed as i might have bought them.

I doubt they are factory but they did spike my interest cause
I've got front and rear NT diffs in my shed that are six stud and from what I can tell have not been redrilled. If they have been converted(very likely) they used new blank discs and drums.

got a mate picking them up for me on tuesday but i wont get my hands on them till late november.

Guy said they came off an imported jimny and he had cruiser rims on it. I just hope the ctrs are identicle and the axles swap over.

Doesn't matter if it's WT or NT... You only redrill the disc's and drum's anyway. :D

not for the axles and cvs if he needs them as the axles are longer in the WTs.

They could be factory 6 stud suzuki axles . I had a set on an import 413 I had . It even had aircon :) . Gtreat for down hills , turn it on and its a great engine brake .

They use all the same parts as a normal suzuki axle , even the wheel studs are the same . Seal kits etc are the same . I ended up putting disc's on the rear and have lost the drums  but still have the front hubs . You can swap out the 6 staud parts for 5 if you want .

I ran nissan patrol rims on mine , cheep and nice and wide for a 413 . They are the standard jap 6 stud pattern .

Cheers
