Zf + borg warner wiring

Post by shakes »

In the process of a complete re-wire. A previous owner TOTALLY butchered what's in there so starting completely from scratch :bad-words:

I'm guessing the two wires coming off the back of the transfer are handbrake warning light?

The couple that come off the auto are wired were into the starting system so I'm assuming that they are the start lock to stop you starting it in gear(I really should go buy a manual) but can anyone give me a head's up on what's what so I can keep plugging along with it. ;)

Cheer's

Hi Shakes,

We all supposedly went to the paperless office over a decade ago. Most manuals are here, all for nix:

www.landrover.ee/est/varia/downloads/cars.htm

You will find what what you want and more. They're all PDF's and most are 1 meg plus.

Yeah,

And this was the only place where I could get a pic of a Lockheed master cylinder that showed that what I'm missing from the PDWA part is a little plastic sleeve. Still need one.

cheers, DL
