Hey All, made a request today on an exhaust, attached is the response. Is this a reasonable price, alternatively - where did you get yours done?
also, is this good advice about "flex joint's" or am I being sold a crock of sh@t?

Yeah they're right about the flex joint.
Price wise cant comment, mine was 2.5" $380 fitted with flex joint, 5 yrs ago in QLD not $ydney. Ring around for a few more quotes if your worried about it.
If its all stainless its a good price.

I live on the Central Coast (NSW) and had a 2.5" mandrel bent system delivered to my door from Beaudesert Exhausts in QLD last year for $735. I think it cost $80 delivery so $560 sounds pretty good.
Re the flexi joint... got to have it. My diesel shakes like buggery and life would be hell with out it. The flexible joint is forward of my transfer case, is probably about 30cm long and allows the exhaust itself to be fixed but the back of the dump pipe to move as the engine moves and body flexes.

2in body lift, 2" supension ,33" BGG Muddies, rear ARB Air locker... still scraping the ground!
