G'day ruffgu,

what condition is the radiator in??

What is the front mount intercooler like?? restricting air flow into the radiator, is the rear of the bonnet jacked??

When I set my motor up, turbo etc etc up I tryed to limit all the shait in front of the radiator as it all heat/restricts the air flow into the radiator.

What has Mark said?

My coolant doesn't get much over half, this is in a comp truck,( no load just truck) you engine load is a lot larger than mine. You may have to look into a larger cooler.

The radiator seams to be fine, and same with the cooler both seam to have good flow thought them. Yeah i put a bonnet scoop in it a while ago,but i might try running two. As for Mark i will call him during the week to see what he saids cos the cooler piping aslo has a hole in one of the welds and im loosing boost too.

if your has the factory or even aftermarket boot compensator, the boost line might be picking up pressure before the leak, depending how much boost your loosing it could be causeing it to over fuel,
