Hello
Just wondering if anyone had a recomendation for a suspension lift for my 1997 2.8 turbo diesel lwb. i read in the forum my car has a factory body lift but am needing a suspension lift as it sits to low, as some of you would know.
Thanks

2.8 TD suspension lift

im quite happy with my tough dog foam cell kit. gives 50mm extra travel, but the commpressed length is 20mm longer than std. i played it safe and packed the bumpstops forward to suit (although tough dog said they had not had any issues with the extra compressed length).
if i did it again, i think i would go for the HD rear springs as opposed to the 'comfort' rate. the back end tends to bottom onto the bump stops fairly easily with the cargo drawers etc in the back(approx 100 kg).
gives good flex though, so not a bad trade off.
front end has been lifted 40mm with the std torsion bars cranked and the upper bump stops cut in half to 15mm.
recomend you get a FULL front end alignment after doing the T bars as it tends to put the camber out. not all alignment shops will check this!
will post a pic tonight of the flex
hope this helps
