wheel stud pattern compatability???

Post by GQ Bear »

Ok, Nissan and Toyota 6-stud are compatable. What other makes/models?

Got a mate who's just bought a lifted Jeep Wrangler running 33's. I'm wonderring if a set of 33" JT2's on Land Rover Defender rims would fit or whether a set of 33" Mongrels on Nissan rims would fit.

Aside from that i'm also curious as to what wheels can be used on what trucks.

IIRC TJs use a 4.5 on 5 stud pattern as do some of the other jeeps (Cherokees?). Dont know if this helps but might narrow the search a bit.

Land Rover rims are not going to fit, different stud pattern. Most Jeeps will take Suzuki/Daihatsu/F 100, plus some other makes rims.

Suzuki early jeep and early F100 all run 5 5 1/2 stud patterns. C7 jeep run a deeper dish that the F100. If you are going to run larger tyres on a zoot, then look at the CJ jeep with a negative 28 dish so they dont scrub on the chassis.
