I have a 90 surf with bj spacers including diff drop spacers + 2" wound up front and am going to have 4" rear spring 2" body + adj panard, custom front bar. I AM going to put 35s on and want to know what else i need to do im going to do the cut on this tread http://www.outerlimits4x4.com/phpBB2/vi ... p?t=119653 and possibly space bumpstops to limit up travel if need be, I guess ill need to remove rear bar but do i have to do anything else to the back. Any thoughts would be great

You can leave the rear bar on it just move it back all you need to do is take it off and redrill the holes on it 25mm back and at the sides slot the brackets so it can be bolted at the sides also.

For the front just hammer the seam in on both sides and a bit of the firewall and as long as you use the landcruiser rim you should be rite may get a little rub but nothing major.

What offset would i be looking at ?

We normally run the 8" landcruiser offset with a 3 3/4 back spacing tell the tyre place a set to suit a 80 series and you will be fine.

what do you mean 3 3/4 back spacing. 8" = width, landcruiser offset = -23 degree
