My mate got it for me trade price and it was ony $285 for the kit. I still ahvent got the turbo on it yet so i can only tell you what its like with a standard tb42e. So far its been great and it feels like it should hold up with the turbo. When driven hard it will screech both back wheels (33' BFG Mud) on the blacktop changing into second where as the old heavy duty clutch i had wouldn't.

At the time i was strapped for cash and i remember the next clutch up was a fair bit more b ut i would ontact them and see what they say.

Cheers
Interesting. Best price i got today at better brakes in bayswater was 640 for the tuff clutch kit. i'll have to see what the prices are like on the xtreme clutch on monday.
Cheers

I'd say that'd be whole job bogged. i got a quote of 640 for the clutch from them so their labour is bit pricey i reckon....

Ive been quoted $1500 to swap my manual box over for the auto box, which inc changing pedal box - I supply everything..   Great hourly rate if you can get it..
been searching for a workshop and couple of mates to help me do this part, then get the auto sparky that OnTrack uses to wire it up.

http://www.xtremeclutch.com.au/catalogue/x_main.htm

Got a price of 540 for the extra heavy duty organic clutch kit in that catalogue under petrol patrol.

offers 60% better clamp pressure where as saffari says 25%.

If i wanted the cushioned button whish is ceramic its 600 for heavy duty and 680 for extra heavy duty.

I reckon the organic extra heavy duty will be plenty and about 100 less than the saffari clutch :)

before handing out your bux, I'd be asking here if people use it.. plenty of websites CLAIM shit. but everyone here uses the Safari without complaints..

I use them and i have a few mates who now do to. I was put on to them by a guy who runs a tour group with a couple of GQ's. Just because everyone runs saffari doesnt mean they are the best......a bit expensive if you ask me.
GQII Patrol YAY!!
