also the rear breaks keep locking up on me,is this to do with the valve at the rear under my tray?it has days where nothing happns n other where it locks up at every intersection etc,or is this not where my problem is??? any help would be great.thankyou

Dad is going through the injector/pump thing atm and I am trying to convince him to turbo it. Though his is a 94 model with 145,000 on it :D

On of my rear brakes was locking up chronically and a trip to the machine shop fixed em but with both locking up you may be onto something. Remove the proportioning valve arm and see if it locks up still, be prepared that your brakes won't be as effective without it connected. This is what I would do if both were locking up anyway.\

A good bleed might help too, maybe there is air in the front lines and the back are taking up what they aren't?

I'd be getting injectors serviced then maybe look at pump. With the brakes i'd be getting someone to look at it quick if you don't know what your looking at it could have gone metal to metal on the rear shoes if it goes on to long it'll need new drums.
