faxing a copy of your card?
i never did that. ordered online and filled in the blanks. and i must say, VERY fast.
i ordered thursday night australian time and they were at my door lunchtime tuesday australia.
one gauge turned out worng (wanted C instead of F) and i sent it back with a receipt of the postage costs, a new one was sent by ordinary airmail so alltogether took 10days but new gauge came with a receipt of refund on the credit card.
prices are excellent, especially pyrometers. will buy from them again no hesitation
