:) :) :) :) Great to see interest out there. The cost to set this up was not cheap (Insurance), so it would be great to see a lot of spectator vehicles at Rover Park for the weekend. It being a long weekend will make it even better, having Monday to pack up & go home, no mad rush to leave Sunday to get to work on Monday.

I will keep you informed of anything going on regards XRCC event.

Regards MMM :) :) :) :)

What I am about to write means no disrespect for MMM or the other competitors that have already competed but I think that the momentum has stopped in getting this sort of comp cranking. I'm sure the insurance issues and cancelling the last round didn't help. We need to come up with something that will reignite everyone's interest.
I really enjoyed the first rounds but it is a long way to drive to compete against the same 10 or so trucks. Which are all awsum trucks.
We are all in clubs and from what I can see and have heard not many have heard of XRCC.I don't know if MMM has info packs for all the clubs or not but maybe we need to work one out.

SAM!!!

I Totally agree!!!

We need MORE Rigs (they are out there, it just they don't all get on the NET) and we need INSANE ROCKS!!!

Apartly Rover Park has Awesome Rock ( we are planning a trip down there just to have a look around and take some pics) so that seems to be sorting it self out!!

HOWEVER if we only get the Same rigs it will die out!!!

Its good now that BJ, RUFF, CHEEZY, Bobtail, HYPO and one or Two other have now got rigs sorted out!!!!

I think a INFO pack sent to CLUBS that have a interest in this type of Driving is a GREAT idea!!!!!!!!!

Maybe People could suggest a Few Clubs that they Know have people with ROCK RIGS that will be keen!!!

Just a thought!!

P.S DAVE, please do not think that SAM k or MYSELF are having a go at you. It's just that SAM k and MYSELF are very passionate about this type of driving and competition and want to see it GROW!!!

LOOKING FORWARD TO ROVER PARK!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this is a n issue that does need to be adressed. The QLD round are awsum but maybe we need to find venues furthe down south even VIC cause as it is they are basically all in QLD from a VIC point of view.

Another option is to try and do a deal with one of the transport companies to do speciall rates for transport if we get enough rigs.

I would like to be ready for next round but at the moment, I'm a few $$$ short. :D

Strangely enough, I don't have a problem with events being held in QLD but in all fairness and for the good of the sport, the events need to be held in the areas that will gererate the best crowds.

Me and Gonads will be up for it. Rod with the yellow hilux will more than likely come up. Fergo, if we finish his new truck, will probably come up too.

The problem i see is that people will lose interest if it is the same trucks competing every round. There needs to be a round down here in Sydney to generate more interest. There would be alot more new people competing and spectating if there was a round down here. You get the local guys here coomplaing about driving to the Nissan Trials, let alone going to Qld.

We looked into a car carrier last round. It was bloody expensive, cheaper to tow them up.

Does anyone know anyone with a car carrier or someone that works in that area? Maybe a deal could be sorted out with discounted freight to people who are going to contest every round in return for signage etc on rigs as well as series sponsorship.

Something like that?
