HID's and vibration

Post by jop »

How do HID's handle vibration - as in mounted on a 11 tonne forklift (solid tyres, no suspension) compared to halogen?

I would have thought having no filament, they would be better, anyone got any experience with them?

Talk to Hinschins Auto & Air in Brisbane phone Kym 0407654679 ,they supply and fit a heap of different type HIDs to dozers and all sorts of earthmoving gear so he knows what to use and will be able to supply what you need at a good price

Mate, I sell dozens of HID lights to mine sites all over QLD, on scrapers drill rigs, big machinery.

All I can say is you get what you pay for $1000 each is a usual price for decent HID work lights
