Hey,
Im pricing a Lift But all my Mates are saying You cant Lift a Car more than 3" From Stock standard in WA.... Is this true? or are me Mates Talkin Crap?


Does anyone know the Laws on this ????

Its 2" from stock and after that you need permission engineered and lane changed tested :?

As Dave said above.

Furthermore, from my understanding that includes combined lift from tyres, suspension. i.e. put a 2" suspension lift in and you can't 'legally' put bigger tyres on as you will be over your 2"

I believe they are, I spoke to an engineer once and he had sugessted 33" tyres and 1" body lift so from that I'd say they are.

I dont think the cops in WA are too harsh on the 50mm rule. There seems to be plenty of 4x4 getting around with closer to 100mm combined tyre and spring lift.

They dont like SOA or anything that looks untidy though

Thats True, But i have a Reputation, I Lsot my Licence Several Times befor and it seems they think Yellow stickers suit my car and do Anything to get me of the roads..... They once shook my Battery clamp exessivly till it slipped and Stickered me for it... They don like me i believe.. Country Cops... So Fusterating...

yeah country cops and the ones on the scooters are the worst i had one follow me tonight they didnt even look at me my cars is about 5 inch;s high although it does look very clean and tidy also not bunky lookin looks like everything has been done professionally which it has :armsup: :armsup: :armsup:

Ya Mine hasnt got Realy anything done to it i.... just got a bad reputation and the "Alpine" Sticker across the back and the "Globe" Sticker across the windscrean doesnt help... think the P plates are the main attraction to them wankers tho and my Record :P
