Yeah

I'll be waiting the Rubicon 4door is about $52000 drivaway

I drove a diesel manual unlimited (non rubicon) today and it was very cool - best handling 4wd with live axels front and rear that you could drive

Can't wait now

Have you signed the contract on that figure? You should be able to get them down, I wandered into my local dealer to get some pricing walking out the door (if they could find one to sell) was going to cost $48-50k.
Apparently people think I'm too patronising (that means I treat them like they’re stupid).

Ben,

I have got the newie and paid for it..,

I got a deal - I was just quoting what the RRp is $49000 plus dealer delivery and on road costs

stamp duty alone would bring it to more than 52 grand so if you can get a 4 door rubicon for 48 to 50 then go for it.

mind you when the good AUD takes effect there could be some bargains

I really want to get one of these next year. A couple of inches of lift and some of these cool Xenon flat fender flares

I'm with you J-Top!

The flares, wind deflector and whatever the hell is on the headlights aren't doing it for me!

only posted it to show the flares the rest is as you say hideous. The white Jeeps just look wrong and all the little extras look stupid but I like the flares as they allow a much bigger tyre without much lift and look better imho than the stock montrosities

Lucky it's got those three little rectangular lights to light up the bug deflector.

What gets me with these wranglers is that they seem to have totally missed what mudguards are for - mine has these enourmous guards that don't actually heep the mud off the vehicle. I don't mind this - it looks warrie but the flying rocks are a problem

Those flares (especially with the bug guard) make it look like it's got weird insect wings!
