what does a tube winch bar for a gq cost approximately? also will the boys in blue or purple for that matter be able to ping me for it?

I've done mine with appropriate raduises and no forward projecting bits so should be OK. I made mine for my vehicle, the body is moved back 3 inches and up 1.5 inches by removing and rewelding the body mounts. Radiator in the rear and wich pushed back (not fitted in photo).
