I JUST GOT A FJ73 FRP SWB. CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF PARTS FROM THE 75 SEARIES ARE INTERCHANGERBUL WITH A 73. :? THANKS

Yes all 75series stuff is interchangable. And for interest sake, they are not a swb they are a mid wheel base.

Just watch on some parts eg the doors are the same as th utes not troppys
80's on 33' km2 and bling wheels, 2" lift and a big wish list

While were on the subject, do you guys know if a 79 series rear diff will fit into a MWB BJ74, or both diffs for that matter? (rear dics brakes)

Late modle troppy came out with rear disc brakes and they have the same centre as the middy, i think the 78/79 have differnet centres not to shore on width.
80's on 33' km2 and bling wheels, 2" lift and a big wish list

Yes to my knowledge the rear is the same. The front is different, it is 8"

The rear diff is the same dimesionally but if you where swapping centres from say a 78/79 to a 75 they don't fit without a little bit of grinding to the housing to clear the crown wheel.

Further to this a 79 front is coils your old BJ74 should have leaf springs, the best thing for you to do if yuor thinking of changing diffs is add some width by using either 60 series gear or 80 series.

Just for interest sake i have a set of late model 75 diffs a.k.a high pinion front and disc brake rear pretty much complete that i'm looking to get rid of as i don't use that kind of gear anymore.

Ok, thanks. Does that mean it has the bigger axle spline and 10 mm wheel studs the same as the 100 as well.

If I not wrong (shot me down if i am) but aren't 78/79 rims 5 stud
