I have a gas set up on min makes big difference . I think that I would have better off spending that money on the turbo instead. (ball bearing ect rather than the axt setup that I have.
get under it

i put a top mount on my gq 4.2 td, made alot more torque. Its fine to drive around without a tune but after its tuned its a huge difference! mine went up 20kws at the wheels. Arb bendigo tuned mine, they done a great job

Adding an intercooler want effect your tune much. It may richen things up slightly as there is some boost pressure lose across the cooler. But since the charge air is being cooled heaps. This should not be an issue.
Then when they put it on a dyno or tune it. Then they can reallly wind the fuel up.
Would recommand fitting a EGT gauge. As more fuel = higher EGT which can be bad.

Wack the IC on which will cool your intake temps so you can crank up the boost which will require more fuel and give you more go, fun, cheerrs
