Spotlight switch for 100 series??

Post by CRUSHU »

Anyone found a factory size switch for spot/fog/driving lights for 100 series, that will fit in one of the factory holes? They are a different size to the standard switches, and I want it to look factory.

The factory fog lights are switched on the indicator stalk.

Thanks

Spot light switch

On my 80 series I purchased another sub fuel tank switch and used that to turn the spotlights on and off.
Why not do the same for the 100??

That was going to be my last resort.... using one of the switches, and trying to relabel it somehow.

The ARB Air Locker switches are a near fit and look good. You can buy them, now either from the US or from WES Components in Sydney. A search for air locker switches on here will dig up details.

Battery world at castle hill sydney sell a switch that almost fits you just need to file the rear lugs out of the hoile in your dash but i think you will find this will happen with most switches. I got some from battery world got lazy and could not be bothered to file out the lugs lost the switches and now just have a house switch in there!!!! doesnt look the best but it works a charm and it was free from work!!!!

Which spot in the 100 series has a hole that size? The ones I see are all longer and narrower than the standard size.
