Could be a stuck air bypass valve in the throttle body.

throttle body.
I’ll pull it off and give it a clean.
I’ve bin avoiding removing it I had sum stall issue e.g. steering at full lock,
So it’s due 4 it
Let ya no, rob

Have you got power steering? There's another valve in the power steering pump that's supposed to bypass air to increase the idle under load. ;)

(Bl**dy Ferozas and their miriad of various little solenoids and valves to correct the idle speed.... There's a solenoid for high electrical loads, another for the A/C, a coolant temp controlled bypass in the throttle body (variable aperture) and another bypass valve in the power steering pump. I think that's all of them.)

I’ve got power steering.
---I hit the throttle body inlets with compressed air
And it fixed the stall (full lock).so I’m suspect on it, and now that you mentioned
Variable aperture in the throttle body I’ll start with throttle body!

Idle ---
Steering pump bypass effect is idle up in one action so no related to idle speed?
Up until About 5 months a go My A/C, idled up down up down just like that so
I’ll look in to A/C too cheers
thanks

On my old F300 the A/C idle adjust was a valve that was bolted to the side of the inlet manifold. It had a (white?) plastic knob bit on it which could be wound in/ out to varying the idle speed.

The power steer valve shouldn't affect the idle- it's only to increase the idle due to loads caused by the PS pump (so should only be open when your steering is moving?)

Ok
Good info .haven’t got started yet
Spent the day replacing lifted body mounts bolts to hi (8.8s)
And lowered to 40mm lift on existing rubber
3 bolts snapped 2 at the back leaving tear threads in the captive bolts.
Junked rock sliders
Fun and games
