Overkill (Sam) and Mickbj42 (Mick) both have companies in NSW that sell springovers - not sure if they come in kits though (as opposed to installations).

I have run 32x11.5 BFG's on 15x8's with a 3.5 inch offset (5.5 inches outside the centreline of the rim) They did not foul anything. (That was on a SPOA vehicle but should clear basically the same SPOA or SPUA as far as springs etc are concerned.
