30's SHOULD be ok, but if the RWC guy is picky, he won't pass it. It's always best to borrow a set of stockies for a RWC- just removes it coming up as an issue.
I have seen suzuki's get a RWC on 31's (no cert) but technicaly, 15mm over stock is the limit without an engineers. (or 26.5" in your case

) However, most RWC guys are more interested in the tryes having legal tread than whether they match the placard.
As an aside, do you just need a RWC for a transfer or is the car currently unreg? If it's a transfer only, you should be OK. If it's unreg, Vicroads will need to see it and sometimes the RWC guys get a bit cagey as vicroads can refuse to put plates on a car that looks modded (without a cert)
