Jimny Suspension

Post by azzad »

Looking for informatin for my dads 2001 Jimny, he has complained since he bought it how rough it rides, Ive got a GQ and for ride quality the GQ wins hands down.

He is interested in modifying the suspension to maybe get a bit of lift and better ride quality, I have done a search but didnt find any specifics of suspension brand etc. for the Jimny.

Ive used lovells, ome and now dobinson, but all on bigger 4wds.\

Anyone got any suggestions?

being such a short wheelbase the bumps are also closer together on road which makes things feel bumpier also... if all else fails, buy softer seats =)
