The story is I changed diff ratio's a few weeks back and was not happy with gearing so going back to more suited gearing. Rear air locker was working fine.
Pulled centre apart and changed ratios over and put it all back together again and put back diff together.
My issue is that I am now permanently locked without air going to rear diff.
What could be wrong and do I need to pull it apart to release it?
Has this happened to anyone else?
James

This just happened to a friend of mine in the back of his 03 lux too. Completely stuffed side gear and seal.
ARB told him he should only be engaging his locker while stationary. In the driving manual I got with mine (which i've lost) I'm sure it said the lockers could be engaged up to 60km/h once going straight and on level ground.
