rear locker

Post by icemanpaj »

g'day
does anyone from over in NZ know where i could buy one of the 2.8td NL pajero rear diffs?
i read in a different thread that some came with rear locker stock.
and if arb arent going to do anything for me with an air locker i might have to get a whole diff shipped over.
maybe a web site or some contact would be much appreciated...

cheers ICEMAN

Hi,
Basically any NZ new one that came with the Turbo 2.8 will have the locker. Problem is, most of them are imports.

Good luck finding one - i'd still like another but is proving cost prohibitive.

kempys bitsa mitsis in auk used to advertise they had lockers in all ratios. i called them bout a week ago for a 5.285 locker and they had one. but here in lies the problem..... they are a wrecker and charge the earth. they wanted $900nzd for the 5.285 locker (pumpkin only). so i hate to think what they would charge for a locker for your model.
