LSD in Challenger

Post by Teg »

Hi New here,
Did the Challenger ever come standard with LSD or was it always an option.

Cheers

As far as I'm aware it was standard in all LS model from 2001, and an option on other models.

LSD was standard on all LS models from the 2000 model upgrade. All base models did not get LSD across the range until 2003 . If it was optioned it should be stamped on the plate under the bonnet D60. I have a Nov 2000 build and no LSD in that.

Ok picked my 2001 model up the other day (see other thread), the dealer told me that if it has two tone paint it comes with LSD and Cruise as standard, also another dealer referred to one with two tone as an "update", as in "Challenger Update", don't know how true this is but mine is two tone and has LSD and Cruise, (non LS model).

Cheers
