i have a warn M10000 winch i dont know when its last service was so i would like to do it anything i have to do or look out for like what oil to put in it or what??

grease, not oil.

search, its been covered a few times. All low mount winches are basically the same to service. Hi mounts are different so ignore them.
The hardest thing about owning a jeep is telling your parents you're g a y!!
